Terms and Conditions

We DO Health. Through the Prevent and Protect campaign, Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance Limited (PMLI) is committed to highlight the value of preparedness. Preparedness through PRUHealth—the insurance product meant to protect people from the financial loss brought on by death, illness or injury. Preparedness through better lifestyle and choices --- the value added services aimed at guiding PRUHealth policyowners/insureds to having a healthier body and mind.

Definitions:

“Eligible Plan” means the qualified PRUHealth policies issued by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance Ltd. during the campaign period.
“Campaign Period” is from 21 June 2021 to 30 September 2021.
“Awardee” refers to the person who claims and enjoys the “Prevent Benefits”. For agency and bancassurance sold PRUHealth plan, they are the policyholder.
“Benefit Period” refers to one (1) year from the date of policy issuance for Agency and Bancassurance sold plans.

Eligibility Requirements:

PRUHealth Policy must have been issued within the campaign period.
Awardee for PRUHealth Plan sold by Agency and Bancassurance are policyowners aged 18 and above.
Eligible Plan for this campaign is PRUHealth sold / bought in the following packages:

Agency/Bancassurance

Silver (Basic with Option 1 and Option 2)

Gold (Basic with Option 1 and Option 2)

Ruby (Basic with Option 1 and Option 2)

Diamond (Basic with Option 1 and Option 2)

Each above plan refers to the fully loaded package i.e. equal number of Option 1 and Option 2 units as the base package.

Aside from the main benefits of the PRUHealth Plan, Awardees are entitled to enjoy the following within the benefit period.

This includes (1) SAFE STEPS First Aid Kit: Essential first aid kit, supplemented with education videos and infographic on SAFE STEPS; (2) Subsidised Telehealth Consultation; and (3) Mental Wellbeing/ Daily Living Info: Bite-sized, real-time access to information such as banking and health services
Gold Package	Access to private group webinar sessions on health and fitness Powered by Pulse: Health Risk Assessment; Symptom checker Emergency Care Package. This includes (1) SAFE STEPS First Aid Kit: Essential first aid kit, supplemented with education videos and infographic on SAFE STEPS; (2) Subsidised Telehealth Consultation; and (3) Mental Wellbeing/ Daily Living Info: Bite-sized, real-time access to information such as banking and health services
Ruby Package	Tele-consultation sessions with Pun Hlaing Hospital – four times (4x) a year Access to private group webinar sessions on health and fitness Powered by Pulse: Health Risk Assessment; Symptom checker; Emergency Care Package. This includes (1) SAFE STEPS First Aid Kit: Essential first aid kit, supplemented with education videos and infographic on SAFE STEPS; (2) Subsidised Telehealth Consultation; and (3) Mental Wellbeing/ Daily Living Info: Bite-sized, real-time access to information such as banking and health services
Diamond Package	One-on-one Nutrition and Fitness Consultations (max. 2 each of nutrition and fitness in a year). If the awardee is a female, the nutrition consultation will be women specific Tele-consultation sessions with Pun Hlaing Hospital – eight times (8x) a year Access to private group webinar sessions on health and fitness Powered by Pulse: Health Risk Assessment; Symptom checker Emergency Care Package. This includes (1) SAFE STEPS First Aid Kit: Essential first aid kit, supplemented with education videos and infographic on SAFE STEPS; (2) Subsidised Telehealth Consultation; and (3) Mental Wellbeing/ Daily Living Info: Bite-sized, real-time access to information such as banking and health services

Unclaimed Prevent Benefits during the Benefit Period shall expire and be forfeited.

Nutrition and Fitness session will be provided by top experts selected by Prudential.

Pulse is a Prudential app that’s available to the public for FREE. It’s an all in one AI–powered health and wellness app. This app has capability to understand your health needs and provide customized content. It offers relevant health insights and information to assist your journey to wellness. Pulse connects you to people and content akin to your interest/s

Conditions:

This campaign will run from 21 June 2021 until 30 September 2021.
All policies sold and issued by Agency and Bancassurance within the campaign period will enjoy the Prevent Benefit for one (1) year from date of policy issuance.
An awardee may only enjoy the Prevent Benefits from one eligible plan issued to his/her name. This is regardless of owning numerous eligible plans under his/her name.
The Prevent Benefits may be enjoyed only by the Awardee. It is not transferable.
The benefits under the campaign will be effective only after 30 Days from date of policy issuance
Questions or disputes regarding eligibility for and terms and conditions of the Prevent and Protect campaign shall be resolved at PMLI’s sole discretion and the decision of PMLI shall be final and binding.
The terms and conditions of the Prevent and Protect campaign shall not affect nor amend the policy contract of the Eligible Plan (PRUHealth Plan).
Notices or communications pertaining to the Prevent and Protect campaign shall be sent to the Awardee’s email or mobile number in PMLI’s records. The Policyowner agrees to update PMLI of any change in the foregoing to ensure receipt of the access instructions on the Prevent Benefits. PMLI shall not be liable for non-delivery if the Awardee fails to provide said update.
We reserve the right to change any terms and conditions of this free Benefit without issuing further notices. In the event of any dispute, we shall have the absolute discretion to make the final decision.
Nutrition/Fitness sessions (private and/or group sessions) will be provided by Top Experts chosen by PMLI and not as per choice of customer.
PMLI is not responsible or legally liable for any advice, suggestion, or service provided by our strategic partners such as Pun Hliang or Top Experts chosen for consultations, private or group sessions under this Campaign.

Emergency Care Package	A digital coupon shall be issued to Awardee after 30 days from policy issuance.
Access to private group webinar sessions on health and fitness	A digital coupon or Viber message with a unique link to join a webinar shall be sent prior to the scheduled seminar Ensure that your contact info is updated all throughout to ensure availment of this benefit.
Tele-consultation sessions with Pun Hlaing Hospital	A digital coupon or Viber message with a unique link to book appointment shall be issued to the Awardee after 30 days from policy issuance.
One-on-one Nutrition and Fitness Consultations If the awardee is a female, the nutrition consultation will be women specific	A digital coupon or Viber message with a unique link to book appointment shall be issued to the Awardee after 30 days from policy issuance.

Separability:

If for any reason, any provision or part of the Terms and Conditions for PRUHealth ‘Prevent and Protect’ Campaign is found to be void or unenforceable, such provision or part shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions not otherwise declared void or unenforceable, as the case may be, shall remain in full force and effect.
