- The “4th Strategic Partnership Anniversary Celebration” Program is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”).
- The Program period is from 17th Sep 2026 (00:01 Myanmar Time) until stocks last (“Program Period”).
- By participating in the Program, Participants (“You”) agree to all the Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined on this page.
How to participate in the Program and Win the Gift
To receive the Gift, you must meet the following conditions:
- The Participant must maintain a Yoma Bank Fixed Deposit Account with a minimum deposit balance of MMK 50,000,000 during the Program Period.
- The Participant must visit the nearest Yoma Bank branch and present valid evidence of the Participant's Yoma Bank Fixed Deposit Account to the designated bank representative for verification.
- Upon successful verification, the Participant must proceed to the Prudential Myanmar counter, complete the prescribed registration form, and collect the exclusive promotional gift, subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions
- To be eligible to receive the Promotional Gift, Participants must satisfy all eligibility criteria and collect the Promotional Gift at the Prudential Myanmar Counter located within the designated Yoma Bank branch.
- Participants are required to inspect the Gift upon collection. Prudential Myanmar shall not be responsible or liable for any defect, damage, loss, or issue relating to the Gift after it has been accepted and collected by the Participant.
- Gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other items.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute the Gift with another item of similar value in the event of unavailability or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and to request such information or documentation as may be reasonably required for the purpose of verifying a Participant's eligibility.
- By participating in the Program, Participants consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of their personal data by Prudential Myanmar for the purposes of administering the Program, verifying eligibility, delivering the Promotional Gift, notifying Participants, and conducting related promotional activities, in accordance with Prudential Myanmar's Privacy Policy. Participation in the Program shall constitute acceptance of both these Terms and Conditions and Prudential Myanmar's Privacy Policy.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and subject to applicable laws and regulations, to amend, vary, supplement, suspend, terminate, cancel, or otherwise modify the Program and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes to the Program or these Terms and Conditions shall be communicated to Participants through such channels as Prudential Myanmar may determine appropriate.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prudential Myanmar and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with a Participant's participation in the Program or receipt and use of the Gift. In no event will Prudential Myanmar or its affiliates be responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the Participant’s entry into the Program.

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the Laws of Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- These Terms and Conditions are prepared in both English and Myanmar languages, and each version shall be equally authoritative. In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the English version and the Myanmar version, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
