Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”) is organizing a TikTok campaign with the song "ပျော်ရွှင်ကျန်းမာ နေ့သစ်တိုင်းမှာ ပရူဒန်ရှယ်အာမခံနဲ့ကာကွယ်ပါ”.
By participating in this TikTok campaign, participants have the chance to win exciting prizes. The campaign runs till December 2024, ending at 23:59 Myanmar Standard Time.
How to Participate and Win Prizes:
- Participants must use the song created by Prudential Myanmar and either perform a dance or act using this song. You can follow the suggested dance routine or create your own content while using the song.
- When posting the video on TikTok, please make sure to include the following hashtags: #ပျော်ရွှင်ကျန်းမာ #နေ့သစ်တိုင်းမှာ #ပရူဒန်ရှယ်အာမခံနဲ့ကာကွယ်ပါ
Prizes:
- 1 Apple Watch
- 1 Bluetooth Speaker
- 1 Power Bank
- 50 prizes of 10,000 MMK phone credits
Selection of Winners:
- Prudential Myanmar will randomly select 53 winners from the participants who used the song and included the required hashtags. The winners will be announced on TikTok and Prudential Myanmar’s Facebook page on 20 December 2024. They will also be contacted directly via phone or TikTok Messenger.
Claiming the Prizes:
- Winners must provide their contact details (address and phone number) via Prudential Myanmar’s TikTok Messenger within two weeks from the winner announcement date to claim their prizes.
- If the contact details are not provided by this deadline, the winners will forfeit their prize.
- Prizes will be delivered to the winners by December 30, 2024. If winners cannot be contacted or fail to provide their details, they will be disqualified, and no alternate winners will be chosen.
Terms and Condition:
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to modify or adjust the Program terms, if necessary, but any significant changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner.
- Participants must keep their shared post on Facebook until the prize is delivered. If the post is deleted before the prize is received, Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to disqualify the winner. Prudential Myanmar may verify the eligibility and identity of winners after the winner announcement.
- No brand or organization is supporting the campaign other than Prudential Myanmar.
- In no event will Prudential Myanmar and their respective parents, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s submissions, the use of the submissions, their entry into the campaign, or their participation in any campaign-related activity.
- By entering into the campaign, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Prudential Myanmar and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
- Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion change any of the Terms and Conditions for the Campaign or cancel / modify the contest at any time.
- Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.
- Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact Participants by email or phone for further engagement activities.
