  • Contest will be available from 7 Jan 2022 to 7 Feb 2022 (“Contest Period”)
  • During the contest period, all campaign registered users will get a chance to participate in Walk To Win campaign by walking daily minimum 5,000 steps.
  • Entry will be recorded as complete when the user registers using all the following steps (see below) 

 

Step 1: Download Pulse App through Google Play Store (Android 8.1 or above) or through QR Code and registered.

Step 2: Login to your Pulse app using your Yoma Bank email address. 

Step 3: Click on heart icon at the bottom of the screen

    

Step 4: Click on fitness tracker banner

     

Step 5: Sync your health app (Google Fit / Apple Health) or wearable (Fitbit/ Garmin)

      

Step 6: Connect with your login account to sync the health app

 

Step 7: Now you can track your fitness activity on your pulse app directly.

    

Step 8: Set a daily walking schedule and plan some safe walking routes near your home or wrokpalce.

Terms & Conditions

  • Walk2Win is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“PMLI”). Campaign period covers the period from 7 Jan 2022 to 7 Feb 2022 23:59 (Myanmar time), both dates are inclusive (“Campaign Period”).
  • By participating in the contest you agree to all Terms and Conditions of the Contest given on this page.

  • You should have delivery address within areas of Yangon or Mandalay. 

  • Picture of the prize (SportBands/ WalkingShoes/ Fitness Kits/ Sport T-Shirts) is representational. Actual prize may vary in color, brand, style.

  • Weekly leaderboard will be conducted at the end of every week and announced on Yammar. 

  • At the time of winners announcement, winners must be valid users of Pulse (subject to Prudential’s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. Prudential reserves the right to verify the identity of winners again after the publication of the results of the Lucky Draw.

  • Winners will be selected basis the leaderboard the computer system. Results of the contest (including winners’ full name and the last 3 digits of winners’ mobile number) will be notified through registered mobile/ email address. 

  • Prudential will notify by email/ SMS/ Viber to the winner’s registered mobile number/email address in the Pulse registration, individually to inform them about the process to claim their prizes.

  • Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or resold and must be collected in Myanmar (Yangon/ Mandalay) during the specified prize collection period. If a winner does not collect nor timely collect the prize for any reason, he/she will be disqualified without further notice and the prize will be considered as forfeited.

  • For cancelling the enrolment or withdrawal from the campaign, please contact Prudential Myanmar's Customer Service Hotline: 0977 0110 010.

  • If no cancellation or withdrawal request for the contest is received, participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the campaign and the Privacy Notice of Pulse.

  • Prudential may, at its sole discretion change any of the terms of these T&Cs or cancel / modify the contest any time.

  • Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.

  • Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact you using email or Phone number for further engagement activities.

  • Apple Inc. or Google LLC or Fitbit or Garmin is not a sponsor of the Walk2Win campaign nor is it involved in the contest in any manner.

How can I participate in this campaign?

Please follow the below steps to participate in this campaign.

  • Download the Pulse by Prudential app (Andriod 8.1 or above) and registered using your Yoma Bank email address.
  • Connect your wearable or fitness tracker app (Fitbit/Garmin or apps such as GoogleFit/ Apple Fit) with the Fitness Tracker in the Pulse by Prudential app.
  • Set a daily walking schedule and plan some safe walking routes near your home or workplace.
 

 

What is the daily step count should I achieve?

You have to achieve minimum 5,000 steps daily throughout the campaing period.

If I miss achieving the daily step count will I be disqualified?

Yes. 

How will you announce the winners?

Weekly winners will be announced on Yammar on 18 January, 25 January, 1 February and 9 February. 

When will be the leaderboard announced?

Leaderboard will be announced weekly.

 
How much is the limit to walk in the campaign?

There is no limitation for total steps. But you have to achieve the daily steps. We will choose the winner who achieve the daily steps as well as who follows all the mechanic.

How can I claim my prize?

Winners will be announced weekly and get in touch with them to verify their details. Prizes will be shipped to the confirmed shipping address during verification process.

Can I opt out from campaign midway?

Yes.

How will I know that I am a winner in this campaign?

Can I invite my friends/ Relatives to participate?

How many channels does it have to sign up to Pulse?

There are four channels to sign up and the user can choose one of the channels that fits best:

I cannot search in App Store or Play Store. What should I do?

Please check the followings before installing the Pulse:

  1. App Store or Play Store is Myanmar Region or not.
  2. Check your Android version. Minimum Android version is 8.1 to be able to download Pulse.

Do I need to pay to sign up for Pulse?

Pulse can be downloaded for free by all users on Android. 

The symptom checker, health assessment and hospital locator are free of charge to customers and non-customers alike.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use Pulse?

Yes, you will need to be connected to the internet to use Pulse.

I can’t find to download Pulse.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your Internet Connection
  2. Restart Google Play Store (Android) and download the App
  3. Check your Google Play Store Region.
  4. If problem persists, restart your device

How do I unlock my account? / I have forgotten my Password?

Click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the steps provided.

I have already downloaded the Pulse app much earlier, how do I get the latest version?

Get the latest version (Pulse by Prudential) from Google Play Store (for Android).

Steps to install the latest version:

  1. Uninstall the old Pulse app
  2. Download and install the latest Pulse app
  3. Sign on to the Pulse app with your existing user ID and password.
I tried to register using my email, but I did not receive the One Time Password.
