Made For Every Family

The “Made For Every Family Famvatar – Quality Time Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance (“Prudential Myanmar”). The Campaign period is from 1 July 2022 to 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 26 August 2022 (“Campaign Period”). The deadline for submission of entries for this Campaign is 23:59 (Myanmar Time) on 26 August 2022. The Grand Winners and People’s Choice Winners will be announced on 9 September 2022.

 

By participating in the Campaign, Participants (“You”) agree to all of the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign as outlined on this page.

 

Steps for Participation and Prizes

 

Step 1: Participants are to create Famvatar Stickers at the following link: https://www.prudential.com.mm/mm/we-do-family.

 

The Famvatar Stickers should feature the participants and their family members. Participants can only download the Famvatar Stickers from the site, including the bonus stickers which require the filling out of an online form within the website.

 

Step 2: Participants are required to publish a post on their Facebook account which should include the Famvatar Stickers and a story caption of how they spend quality time with their families. The story caption can be created based on either of the two following themes:

 

  1. a) Helping to build a brighter future for children / #FamilyTimeForBrighterFuture
  2. b) Engaging in health and wellness activities / #FamilyTimeForWellness.

 

The story captions should also include the related hashtag according to the selected theme. It is mandatory for participants to publish the posts with a public setting on their Facebook account.

 

Participants must ensure their posts contain the following:

 

(a) Famvatar Sticker

(b) Story caption of how their family spends quality time

(c) Hashtags based on the selected theme

  • Theme 1: Families who like to explore or discover new things together for the growth of children: #FamilyTimeForBrighterFuture #PRUFamvatarMM #MadeForEveryFamily
  • Theme 2: Families who are aspire for better health or who enjoy doing physical activities: #FamilyTimeForWellness #PRUFamvatarMM #MadeForEveryFamily

 

The prizes to be given to winners are dependent on the selected theme of the participants’ entries.

 

Step 3: After publishing the Facebook post, Participants will need to take a screenshot of their post and share the screenshot as a comment under the Launch Video Post (video link) that will be pinned on top of the Prudential Myanmar Facebook timeline.

Participants stand a chance to win prizes in three ways:

 

Bi-Weekly Winners: to be drawn four times using random.org.

  • Lucky Draw 1: 2 weeks after the launch of the campaign (Round 1 will end on 15 July)
  • Lucky Draw 2: 2 weeks after Lucky Draw 1 (Round 2 will end on 29 July)
  • Lucky Draw 3: 2 weeks after Lucky Draw 2 (Round 3 will end on 12 August)
  • Lucky Draw 4: 2 weeks after Lucky Draw 3 (Round 4 will end on 26 August)

 

All Participants will qualify for the Bi-Weekly Lucky Draws and each Participant is only entitled to win one Bi-Weekly prize..

 

Grand Winners: to be selected by Prudential Myanmar after the Campaign period based on the following criteria:

  • 50% Creativity: Overall quality of sticker and caption
  • 25% Originality: Creative use of the Famvatar features and story
  • 25% Authenticity: The family quality time reflected in the entry should be true

 

There will be two (2) Grand Winners:

  • One (1) winner under the #FamilyTimeForBrighterFuture theme
  • One (1) winner under the #FamilyTimeForWellness theme.

 

People’s Choice Winners: There will be 3 winners for People’s Choice Awards. Prizes will be given to the Participants with the most number of combined likes and reactions to their post. 

Terms and Conditions

 

1. The Campaign is open to individuals residing in Myanmar aged 18 years and above, including Myanmar nationals and foreigners. However, the family members and relatives of participants aged under 18 years old are permitted to participate in creating their own Famvatar Stickers. Only one entry per participant using a single facebook account can join the Campaign.

 

2. By participating in the Campaign, Participants acknowledge that Prudential Myanmar has the right to use their entries in communication and publicity materials in relation to the campaign. No personal details will be revealed by Prudential Myanmar to protect the privacy of Participants.

 

3.Winners and their families agree to be featured in additional video content for Prudential Myanmar’s communication and publicity materials in relation to the Campaign.

 

By participating in this campaign, Participants hereby assign and transfer to Prudential Myanmar all worldwide rights, titles, and interest in the Entries, and all other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in such Entries, including the copyright therein, together with the right to make any changes, adaptation, or modifications to the Entries for the purposes of marketing, advertising and trade without compensation to the Participants whether the usage is arising from, with respect to or in connection with this Activity or otherwise and whether by way of direct marketing or electronic marketing.

 

The Participant shall do all things and execute all documents necessary or may be required by Prudential Myanmar to enforce any of the rights promised to Prudential Myanmar herein.

 

4. Prudential Myanmar will announce the Grand Winners and People’s Choice Winners on 9 September 2022.

 

5. Prudential Myanmar will announce the prize winners on the Prudential Myanmar Facebook Page. The announcement will include information about how the prize winners will receive their prizes.

 

Winners of the Bi-Weekly Lucky Draws should contact Prudential Myanmar via Facebook Messenger to claim their prizes. Prudential Myanmar will only contact the Grand Winners and People’s Choice Award Winners via Facebook Messenger and phone call to discuss the prize delivery.

 

All prize winners are required to respond within one (1) month from the winner announcement or notification from Prudential Myanmar, otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

 

6. Prudential Myanmar will deliver the prize to each winner’s address using a delivery service. The delivery costs will be borne by Prudential Myanmar. Prizes will be delivered by Prudential Myanmar no later than 3 months from the winner announcement.

 

7. At the time of the winner announcement, winners must have their Famvatar Family Time entry posted in public on their Facebook timeline (subject to Prudential Myanmar‘s sole and final decision). Otherwise, the respective winners will be disqualified without further notice. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to verify the selection and identity of winners again after the publication of the results of the winners.

 

8. The images of prizes in Campaign visuals are for reference only. The colour and shape of prizes may differ. All prizes cannot be exchanged with cash.

 

9. The prize items are not sponsored by any company or organisation.

 

10. No brand or organisation is supporting the campaign other than PMLI.

 

11. In no event will Prudential Myanmar and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s submissions, the use of the submissions, their entry into the campaign, or their participation in any campaign-related activity.

 

By entering into the campaign, Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Prudential Myanmar and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly. 

 

12. Participants who wish to withdraw from this campaign will need to inform Prudential Myanmar before the winner announcement is released. To do so, please contact the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service Phone – 09 770 110010 or message us on Messenger via the Prudential Myanmar Facebook page.

 

If no cancellation or withdrawal request for the contest is received, Participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.

 

13. Prudential Myanmar may, at its sole discretion change any of the Terms and Conditions for the Campaign or cancel / modify the contest at any time.

 

14. Decisions made by Prudential Myanmar will be final and binding in this regard.

 

15. Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to contact Participants by email or phone for further engagement activities.

 

16. How can I participate in the famvator campaign?

Winners of the Bi-Weekly Lucky Draws should contact Prudential Myanmar via Facebook Messenger to claim their prizes. Prudential Myanmar will only contact the Grand Winners and People’s Choice Award Winners via Facebook Messenger and phone call to discuss the prize delivery.

Can I participate in this campaign if I am an employee from Prudential Myanmar or if my relative works at the company?

Anyone can participate in this campaign except for current staff members, contracted employees and sales representatives of Prudential Myanmar Life Insurance.

Is this campaign open only to people in Yangon and Mandalay? Can I participate in this campaign if I am from (city)?

Anyone residing in Myanmar aged 18 years and above, including Myanmar nationals and foreigners, can participate in this campaign.

Can I withdraw my participation in the campaign?

Yes. Participants who wish to withdraw from this Campaign will need to inform Prudential Myanmar before the winner announcement is released. To do so, please contact the Prudential Myanmar Customer Service Phone – 09 770 110010 or message us on Messenger via the Prudential Myanmar Facebook page.

Where and how will you use the data I provided to unlock the bonus stickers?

Prudential Myanmar will keep all data of Participants confidential. We may use the data to share messages with participants on Viber as well as for future communications.

Is it possible for me to win prizes without publishing a Facebook post with the Famvatar Sticker and caption?

No. All participants will need to publish posts on their Facebook account with the Famvatar Stickers and a caption of how they spend quality time with their families.

Is it possible for me to win prizes if I do not unlock the bonus stickers?

No. It is a requirement for participants to unlock the bonus stickers in order to be eligible for prizes.

 

Do you have any plans to use my post and story for other purposes?

Prudential Myanmar reserves the right to use your Facebook post and story on its social media channels if you are selected as a Grand Winner or a People’s Choice Winner.

When will you be releasing the winner announcements?

Please visit the Prudential Myanmar Facebook page to check for the winner announcements. The winners of the Bi-Weekly Lucky Draws will be announced one week after each lucky draw is conducted. Prudential Myanmar will announce the Grand Winners and People’s Choice Winners on 9 September 2022.

Is there an age limit for participants?

Participants should be aged 18 years and above. However, you can include your younger family members or relatives in your Famvatar Sticker.

Can I submit multiple entries using a Facebook account? Can I submit an entry each using two accounts?

We will only consider one entry per participant using one Facebook account.

How can I participate if I live by myself?

It does not matter if you live be yourself, with your family or with friends. You can create your own Famvatar Sticker using a photo of your family or your friends or anyone who is like family to you.  However, it is a requirement to feature at least two persons in your Famvatar Sticker, including yourself.

Can I invite my friends and relatives to participate in this campaign?

 Yes.
